  • Authorization: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer support team before returning the product. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Contact our customer support team to request an RMA number. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
